The terms on which we supply goods to business customers. Written to be read, not to hide anything.
Last updated: 27 July 2026 · These terms apply to orders placed directly with us. They do not apply to purchases made through our eBay store. See section 2.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WYLLZ WORLD RETAIL LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16431106, trading as WYLLZ WORLD RETAIL. "You" means the business placing the order.
You can contact us at wyllzworldretail@gmail.com. Our registered office address is on public record at Companies House.
These terms govern business-to-business sales: orders placed with us directly by a company, partnership, sole trader or other organisation buying in the course of business.
Buying as a consumer? Our retail sales go through our eBay store, where you are covered by eBay's own terms and buyer protection, and by your full statutory rights as a consumer. These terms do not apply there.
By placing an order with us directly, you confirm you are buying in the course of a business and not as a consumer. We may ask for your company details before accepting an order.
Quotations are an invitation for you to place an order. They are not an offer we are bound by until we accept your order under section 4.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we issue an invoice confirming the order, or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
We may decline any order. If we do, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment already made in full.
Please check your invoice carefully when you receive it. If anything on it is wrong (quantity, specification, delivery address), tell us before paying, as we order stock against your confirmed invoice.
Payment security. Our bank details do not change. We will never ask you to pay to a different account, or by gift card, voucher or cryptocurrency. If you receive any such request appearing to come from us, it is not from us. Do not pay it, and contact us immediately on the details above.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Time is not of the essence, and we do not accept liability for loss caused by late delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Delays that arise after dispatch, including customs and border clearance, carrier delays, weather and industrial action, are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation. We will keep you updated and chase the carrier on your behalf.
Where we have expressly agreed a firm delivery date with you in writing, and we miss it for a reason within our control, you may cancel any part of the order that has not yet been dispatched, and we will refund that part in full.
None of this affects your rights if goods are lost in transit, arrive damaged, are faulty, or are not what you ordered. See sections 8, 9 and 10.
We would rather set this out plainly than have you find it later.
Everything we supply is genuine manufacturer product, brand new and factory-sealed. It is never used, refurbished, open-box or counterfeit.
We source stock internationally, buying genuine manufacturer product in markets where it is priced more keenly and importing it into the UK ourselves, rather than buying through a UK distributor. This is commonly called parallel import or grey import, and it is how our pricing works.
What that means in practice:
Every camera and lens we supply is covered by our own 12-month warranty, running from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects and failures arising in normal use.
Email us at wyllzworldretail@gmail.com with your invoice number and a description of the fault. We will tell you where to send the item. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return.
We will repair the item, replace it, or refund it. The choice between these is ours, and we will tell you which we are doing and why. We aim to resolve claims within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Return carriage to us is at your cost. If the claim is valid, we cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item to you, and will reimburse reasonable return carriage.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 as they apply to business purchases.
Because we source stock against your confirmed order rather than holding it, cancellation is limited:
None of the above limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered. In those cases contact us and we will put it right at our cost.
Please inspect goods on delivery and tell us about any damage in transit, shortage, or incorrect item within 7 working days of delivery, so that we can raise it with the carrier in time.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address on your invoice.
Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full and in cleared funds.
This section limits what we are responsible for. Please read it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title); or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that:
We strongly recommend you insure equipment appropriately for your own use of it.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failure, customs or border clearance, carrier failure, industrial action, extreme weather, or interruption of transport or utilities. If such an event occurs, we will tell you promptly and keep you updated.
Goods already dispatched are not affected by this section. A consignment held up in customs or with a carrier is delayed, not cancelled. We will see it through to delivery, and it is not grounds for a refund.
Where such an event prevents us dispatching goods at all, and it continues for more than 60 days from the date we accepted your order, either of us may cancel the part of the order that has not been dispatched, and we will refund that part in full.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and both of us submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
