Yes. Genuine manufacturer product, brand new and factory-sealed. Not counterfeit, not used, not refurbished, not open-box.
We buy genuine manufacturer stock in international markets where it's priced more keenly and import it into the UK ourselves, rather than paying a UK distributor to do it. Cutting out that layer of margin is the whole difference. Full explanation on our About page.
Yes — our own 12-month WYLLZ warranty against manufacturing defects and failures in normal use. Repair, replacement or refund, handled directly by us with one point of contact rather than an overseas helpline. Because we source and import our own stock, that cover comes from us rather than a manufacturer's UK warranty scheme, and the full terms are written into your quote before you commit. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Yes. Cameras and lenses are our core, but we also supply microphones and production audio, cinema and video cameras, camcorders, stabilisers, lighting and accessories — all on the same quote and in the same consignment.
No. Import VAT and duty are handled and paid by us before dispatch, and they're already inside the price we quote you. The number on your quote is the number you pay.
We're not currently VAT registered, so there's no VAT on our invoices and nothing for you to reclaim. If you're VAT registered, compare us against your supplier's ex-VAT price.
No minimum. That said, we're set up for multi-unit and bulk — that's where our pricing does the most for you.
3–5 working days from cleared payment, tracked and signature-required. You get the tracking number on dispatch. If an item carries a longer lead time, we tell you before you pay, never after.
UK bank transfer. Every order gets an itemised invoice with our account details and your own payment reference. We never ask for payment by gift card, crypto, or "a different account this time" — if you ever receive such a request, it isn't from us.
